Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 June 2026

1. The service

CabTrac (“the Service”) is fleet-management software for ride-hailing operators, provided by ShakTron Technologies (“we”, “us”). It includes mobile, desktop and web applications for managing drivers, vehicles, income, expenses and reports.

2. Accounts & Business Code

When you sign up you create a fleet (a “tenant”) and receive a unique Business Code. You are responsible for keeping your Business Code, login IDs and passwords secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.

3. Free and paid plans

New fleets start on the free Basic plan (limited drivers and vehicles). Paid tiers unlock higher limits and features. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans are activated by us after payment is received.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access other tenants’ data, reselling the Service without authorisation, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.

5. Suspension

We may suspend a fleet (for example, for non-payment or misuse). A suspended fleet cannot sign in to the apps. Contact us to resolve a suspension.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you record (including any data about your drivers).

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
