1. Who we are
CabTrac is operated by ShakTron Technologies. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Account details you provide at sign-up: business name, owner name, phone, and login credentials.
- Fleet data you enter while using the apps: drivers, vehicles, trips, income, expenses and related records.
- Basic technical data needed to run and secure the Service (e.g. authentication tokens).
- Basic visit analytics: pages visited, a per-browser identifier, IP address and browser type. This is collected solely for our own analytics (to understand site traffic) and is not sold or shared with any third party whatsoever.
3. How we use it
To create and run your fleet account, provide the apps and their features, secure the Service, and support you. We also use your contact details (WhatsApp/phone and email) to send account, billing and subscription notifications, such as renewal and expiry reminders. We do not sell your data.
4. Storage & processing
Your data is stored in our cloud backend (Supabase). Each fleet’s data is isolated from other fleets. We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own use. We share data only as strictly needed to run the Service (e.g. our hosting/database provider) or where required by law. Visit-analytics data is used internally only. If we add payment processors later, we will update this policy.
6. Your drivers’ data
As a fleet owner you may record data about your drivers. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing them as required by applicable law.
7. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Contact us to request export or deletion of your fleet’s data.
